Students have been busy researching and learning all about weather!
The students have participated in many experiments to help understand the way weather works. The second graders also visited us to discuss what they have learned about weather!

Special Events in Math and Science
Science:
SPREE Field Trip
September 27th
Students will be learning all about the wildlife that lives around the South Platte River.
Miller Farms Field Trip
Tuesday, October 9th
Students will be learning about a fall harvest. They will also go on a tractor ride, pick their own produce, and take home a pumpkin!
Denver Performing Arts
The children went and watched Corduroy the play! Afterwards, we had so much fun getting to practice being actors.
Children's Museum
The Children's Museum made a visit on October 12th! They taught us all about different instruments from around the world (see the picture below).
